You found me!

Hi, I’m Sarah, a quilt pattern designer, local quilting instructor, mother of two, and proud wife of a military service member.

Quilt design is something that starts in my head and occasionally makes its way onto paper. Some days I’m inspired by traditional medallion quilts, and other days I’m drawn to modern designs with bold negative space. I love exploring both styles and creating patterns that help quilters build confidence while making something beautiful.

Because of my husband’s military career, our family moves and travels quite a bit. Life can get a little hectic at times, so I truly appreciate your patience if responses to emails or requests take a little longer than usual. I always do my best to respond as quickly as I can.

I also want to give a special thank you to my mother-in-law, Susan, who has been my biggest supporter and helper throughout this journey as a designer. I couldn’t do this without her encouragement and support.

At Sarah’s Softies Quilts, my goal is to create more than just quilt patterns—I want to build a community. In addition to designing unique patterns, I regularly host quilt alongs where quilters can work on a project together, share progress, and encourage each other along the way.

Through newsletters, exclusive discounts, and an active Facebook community, quilters can connect with me and with each other, share their work, and find inspiration. That sense of creativity and connection is what makes Sarah’s Softies Quilts truly special.
